Miasteczko na styku kultur – Cultural HotSpot UW is the largest multicultural event at the University of Warsaw. It is organised regularly by the Volunteer Centre of the University of Warsaw, Welcome Point, the International Cooperation Commission of the UW Students’ Union’s Board and The Students’ Union of the Faculty of Asian and African Cultures. The first edition took place in 2019.
The event is an opportunity to:
- take part in workshops, cultural activities and games,
- meet people from different cultures and student organisations,
- explore cultural diversity and discover fascinating facts.
On the main stage, you can look forward to artistic performances, while board game enthusiasts have the chance to play a game created especially for Miasteczko na styku kultur – Cultural HotSpot UW.
Every year, several dozen volunteers from many countries help organise the event. They are all part of the UW community.
