PROJECT
Polish-English culinary publication Student Cookbook is a collection of several dozen favourite rescipes of the University of Warsaw students. It is worth mentioning here that selected descriptions of dishes contain anecdotes and interesting stories related to their preparation. In the publication you will find ideas for a snack, something sweet, REALLY quick dishes and many more, in vegan, vegetarian and meat versions.
PS There’s a bonus waiting for you at the end of the publication. Don’t miss it!
We encourage you to share the publication, test recipes and post photos of prepared dishes on social media using the following tags and hashtags:
The idea came to us in May 2020 during the pandemic. We wanted to encourage students in these unusual circumstances to take action that would allow them to break away from reality and relax. We also knew that for many people spending time at home was an opportunity to develop their culinary skills. We decided to go in this direction and encourage cooking enthusiasts to share their ideas for everyday meals with others! As a result, we received several dozen recipes, and as a thank you, we invited their creators to an online cooking workshop. It was led by blogger Daria Rogowska, known as Ekocentryczka (Ecocentric), who focuses on healthy eating and the zero waste idea (in the publication you will find one of her recipes, which we prepared during the workshop).
So the participants of the project could not only share their culinary knowledge, but also learn new recipes and spend time in a nice atmosphere.
The publication will be shared with the University of Warsaw community, and even more broadly. We are convinced that many will be tempted to test the recipes published therein, and as a result will gain useful skills and get to know new flavours. It is also an opportunity to share moments (even virtually) and spend time in a nice way.
The publication is free of charge.

When choosing recipes, we encouraged participants to focus on:
