Just as every year, the Volunteer Centre of UW organizes a special mission before Christmas! This time we invite you to send wishes which will be delivered to seniors staying in the Nursing Home of the Society of St. Francis de Sales in Warsaw.
Especially during the Christmas season, every kind word addressed to seniors will be extremely important, as their contact with the outside world is still very limited.
Join us to change it!
Who can take part in the mission?
- UW and the Medical University of Warsaw students
- UW PhD students
- UW graduates
- UW employees
- UW pensioners
How can you get involved in the „Mission: Christmas Card”?
There are 2 ways:
- You can send the text of your wishes at wolontariatuw.edu.pl, and we will put them on an online Christmas card and send them to the Nursing Home.
- You can prepare an online Christmas card yourself and also send it to us at wolontariatuw.edu.pl. Don’t forget to add your wishes!
Wishes and virtual cards can be sent to VC UW until December 15 (inclusive).
The wishes sent will be given to seniors and displayed on the screens in the Nursing Home so that seniors feel surrounded by kindness and support during this special Christmas time.
