FILLING IN PETS’ BELLIES

"Filling in pets' bellies" is an annual action organized by the Volunteer Centre of the University of Warsaw for cats and dogs. Let's fill animal bowls together for the tenth time!

"Filling Animals' Bellies" has been organized by VC UW since the beginning of the unit's existence, i.e. since 2014. The Zwierzochron Foundation is a permanent partner of the initiative, but as part of the campaign, the UW community also collected food for other organizations. In this edition, it will be the Cats from Grochów Foundation.

During previous editions of the campaign, we have collected over a ton of food for cats and dogs!

This year, we encourage you to participate in one of our initiatives, during which you can donate animal food and gain new knowledge or share your skills. Because "Filling in pets' bellies" is not only a food collection!

We are planning the following events:

  • Create a valentine for pets! Workshops on creating toys for dogs and cats - event completed

  • Meetings with a dog behaviourist in English (22.02.2024) and Polish (27.02.2024)

  • Evening with handicrafts - we will donate creative results to the auction organized by the Zwierzochron Foundation (16.03.2024)
  • Yoga "for dogs" (March)
