Cut. Paste. Woof – Animal-inspired collage workshop | Filling in Pets’ Bellies12

The participant list for this event is now closed - thank you for the huge interest! 💛
We are currently accepting registrations for the waiting list only. If any spots become available, we will contact people in the order of sign-ups.

On 27 February, we invite you to join a creative collage workshop combining artistic expression with real support for animals. Together, we will create original artworks featuring our own pets or animals cared for by the Zwierzochron Foundation. Selected collages will help promote the Foundation’s activities.

No artistic experience is required. Collage is a free and intuitive medium – all you need is willingness, a bit of time, and openness to experimentation. It is a great opportunity to slow down for a while, step away from everyday responsibilities, do something creative, and at the same time support the FILLING IN PETS’ BELLIES 12 action.

The workshop will be led by Radek Kowalik – a cultural animator and activist who demonstrates how art can be used as a tool for social engagement.

During the workshop you will:

  • create a collage featuring your own pet or animals supported by the Foundation;
  • meet people who care about art, social initiatives and animals;
  • support the Zwierzochron Foundation – you may contribute to the collection, and selected works will be used on the organisation’s social media;
  • receive professional guidance and all necessary materials; if needed, we will also print photographs of your pet.

You will be able to take your finished collage home, and digital versions will also be prepared for sharing online.

Filling in Pets’ Bellies 12

The event is organised as part of the Filling in Pets’ Bellies 12 action. Instead of a traditional “ticket”, we encourage you to bring pet food or accessories for cats or dogs as your contribution. All donated items will be passed on to animals cared for by the Zwierzochron Foundation and Tymczasem u Magdy Foundation.

You can find further details and a list of needed items on our website.
